An annual fundraiser for Furnace Town Living Heritage Village and the Rotary Club of Snow Hill, the fifth annual Iron Furnace Fifty is a 50-Mile Fun Ride (with 50K and 100K alternatives).
A perfect start for the 2016 bicycle season.
Starting and ending at Furnace Town Living Heritage Village, located between Snow Hill and Salisbury, the Iron Furnace Fifty bike ride passes through the most pristine and beautiful countryside on the Eastern Shore. The routes are perfect for bicycling -- they're fast and flat.
Registration is $40 prior to March 15th, $45 before April 15th, and then $50 until the morning of the ride. Each participant receives a 2016 IFF T-Shirt. (Guaranteed if registration is by 4/15).
Ride includes: Route Map with turn by turn detail, well-marked road paint, a specific Rider Number, SAG vehicle patrol, and FREE Admission to Furnace Town where a free luncheon with entertainment and complimentary beverages (beer! for adults) will be provided at the end of the ride! There are rest stops (including ice cream at Chesapeake Farms Dairy) along the Route with water, fruit, snacks and Port-a-Potties.
